Adventure in the Philippines

I took a trip to the Philippines with my girlfriend, Isabel, and her mom to visit her grandmother. We started in Manila and spent time with family, explored the city, and got a sense of daily life. Then we flew to Siargao, a beautiful surf island with crystal water, green palms, and very relaxing vibes.

Days in Siargao were slower. We surfed, drank fresh coconut juice, and ate grilled seafood. The pace was perfect. The island vibe was super welcoming, and it was cool to experience it with Isabel and her family. This was easily one of my favorite trips, a mix of adventure and family time in a place that felt both new and meaningful.

Also got to meet a bunch of locals, ride mopeds along the coast, and eat some incredible. That part of the world has a way of sticking with you. I’d love to go back.
